Centauro Never Sent Shuttle After My Delayed Flight and Refused to Cover Taxi
My flight was late, but I wasn't worried because Centauro had my flight information and I knew they would keep an eye on it and send their shuttle as promised. When I went outside, I was surprised to see that all the other car rental companies were there to pick up their customers except Centauro. I waited for a while, thinking they would come, but they never did. I had to pay for a taxi to their office out of my own pocket in the end. When I got there, the staff seemed surprised to see me, but they didn't say sorry or offer to pay for my taxi. They said they wouldn't pay me back. I won't use Centauro again because it seemed unprofessional and careless.
