Centauro Charged Me Twice for Fuel Deposit - I Want Refund
I was very disappointed with my recent rental from Centauro. They charged me twice for the fuel deposit, which didn't feel right, but I didn't think much of it at the time because I thought it would be fixed when I returned the car. I took it back with a full tank, and the staff even said everything looked good. But the money back never came. I tried to get in touch with them several times by sending emails and filling out their inquiry form on their website, but no one ever got back to me. It seemed like no one cared about me at all. The only way I could get my money back in the end was to do a chargeback on my credit card, which was a big pain. After this, I really don't trust Centauro anymore.
