My $500 Got Lost On Cash App With No Answers!

The other day I tried to send some money to my Cash App, but somehow I must have messed up and picked the wrong bank. Totally my fault, but still a major headache, contacted Cash App right away to see if they could fix it, but getting help wasn't easy. And now I'm out $500! Noone knows what happened to it. Don’t you keep records, don’t you just do some kind of supervision? Feeling pretty frustrated right now. Hopefully they can help me track it down, but it doesn't sound too promising. It’s been days now and there is no answer to it!
