Dijitsu 4200 DS 9000 TV Not Connecting To Internet And Return Refused

I bought a Dijitsu TV 4200 DS 9000 Android model from Carrefour, and it wouldn’t connect to the internet from the moment I checked it. Carrefour refused the return, saying “you opened the box,” even though no setup was done beyond testing the internet connection. The service technician said this model has a known issue, first asking for ₺900 for software, then claiming the memory card was burned and wanted ₺6,000. The TV displays a picture, so this made no sense. Despite initially agreeing to take the TV back with the report, Carrefour later refused, leaving me with the problem.
