Carote Fry Pan Detachable Handle Almost Falls Off

The instructions of the handle say it clicks on nice and secure, but mine feels like it's about to fall off every use, attaching it is never smooth and easy! For me, it takes forever to get it locked in the right place, and the handle gets super hot even though it's supposed to stay cool. More like a hassle than a helpful feature. Fry Pan, Plate was supposed to be all in one! because of this wonky handle, the whole pan is way less useful than it seemed. take a look at the design and make it more secure and user-friendly? In the meantime, can I return this one or exchange it for something with a handle that actually work or else you can advertise it as “Detachable Handle More Trouble Than It's Worth!”
