My daughters and I went to Caribou Coffee and got two Turtle Mochas. What we got was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. The whipped cream was not added until we requested it, and when it was finally added, it was disappointingly flat. I've got the evidence right here. When inquired, they attributed it to a cream problem and promised to send an email. They suggested replacing the drinks, but if the cream is the issue, a replacement won't help. We would appreciate receiving good value for our money and using high-quality ingredients to potentially encourage us to come back!
