I Face Missing CapCut Premium Membership Despite Payment
On August 20, 2025, I purchased a CapCut mobile app membership for ₺999.99 through my Apple account. However, more than two months have passed, and the subscription has never been activated on my account. I still cannot access any premium features, and the app shows no warning or confirmation message — as if the purchase never happened. The membership should have been linked to my account (c************@hotmail.com)**.
I contacted CapCut customer support several times, but they provided no effective solution. I also tried reinstalling the app and logging out and back into my account, but the issue persists.
I am requesting a full refund of ₺999.99, as I paid for a service that was never delivered. CapCut should ensure proper subscription activation or promptly process my refund to resolve this issue.
