Can't Use My Yearly CapCut Pro Subscription In My Laptop
I purchased a yearly CapCut Pro subscription on my iPad on May 24, 2026, but the plan is not recognized on my laptop, and the program keeps asking me to pay again even though I already have an active subscription. I have tried multiple times to get CapCut Pro to activate on my MacBook Pro, but it still does not work. On my iPad, I am using CapCut Pro with the account user8127848398*** and on my MacBook Pro I am logged in as user20260605144***. Despite having a valid yearly plan, the system wants me to purchase another subscription on my laptop, which I am not willing to do since I have already paid. I contacted support about this issue, but the AI response simply told me to pay again instead of properly checking and solving the problem. I find this very frustrating because I paid for a yearly Pro plan and cannot use it across my devices as expected. I request that my existing yearly CapCut Pro subscription be correctly recognized and activated on my laptop without any extra charges, or alternatively that you provide an appropriate solution so I can use what I have already paid for.
