Accidental Charge Instead Of 7-day Free Trial On CapCut

Today, while trying to register for what I believed was a 7‑day free trial on the CapCut desktop application, I was unexpectedly charged for a full month’s subscription instead of being given the trial period. I did not intend to purchase a paid plan at this stage and was misled into thinking I would first have a free trial before any payment was taken. The amount of 490 TWD was charged to me today via the CapCut desktop app. Since this purchase was accidental and contrary to my clear intention to use the 7‑day free trial first, I kindly request a full refund of the 490 TWD subscription fee and the cancellation of the unintended monthly subscription. I would appreciate it if this could be handled as soon as possible, and if you could confirm by email once the refund and cancellation have been completed.
