Canon Ixus 140 Purchased On Dolap Arrived Missing Charger And With Bad Battery

On January 25, 2026, I purchased a Canon Ixus 140 camera through the Dolap application, and the product was delivered to me in Ataşehir, Istanbul on January 26, 2026. My order number is sp04659477732, and I paid approximately $231 for the product.
Based on the product description and because I had never experienced problems with previous purchases on the platform, I trusted the seller and purchased the camera. However, when I opened the package, I discovered that the charger was missing from the box.
I then spent approximately two days trying to find a compatible charger. After finally finding one, I realized that the camera battery itself was defective. Since these parts are not easy to find, I had to spend days searching for replacement batteries in places such as Sirkeci and Kadıköy.
Despite all these issues, the system does not allow any return process and provides no return option whatsoever. On top of that, instead of resolving the issue, I was effectively encouraged to relist the product for sale again, which appears to benefit the platform by charging commission fees from both the buyer and the next seller once more.
I believe I have clearly been victimized by a process that does not protect buyers and does not allow returns for defective products.
Because the product was defective and delivered with missing parts, I request that my order be canceled, that the approximately $231 I paid be refunded to me in full, and that all commissions charged during this transaction also be returned.
I ask that my grievance be resolved urgently and that the necessary investigation be carried out with a written response provided to me.
