Ongoing E02 Error with Candy Washing Machine

I regret buying my Candy washing machine. Ever since I purchased it, the E02 error has been a constant issue. First, they blamed the hose, then the water supply, and so on. The service team came out multiple times, and now I've bought a new machine because I couldn’t wait any longer. The old machine is just sitting by the door waiting to be picked up and inspected. Meanwhile, what am I supposed to do? Go down to the river to wash my clothes? This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expect Candy to resolve this situation immediately. I need proper service and a refund for this faulty product.
