I Report Lack Of Service Response On Candy Microwave Repair

I purchased a Candy microwave oven and recently sent it to the Aydın Candy service center for repair. I submitted the product one week ago, but to this day, I have not received any update or response about its status. I have tried calling the service number 85 811 12 90 multiple times without success. Today, between 13:20 and 13:40, I waited on the line but could not reach a representative.

The complete lack of communication and support has left me frustrated and helpless. As a customer, I expect timely updates and resolution, but Candy's Aydın service has failed to meet even the most basic service expectations.

I urgently request that my microwave be repaired and returned without further delay, or that I be provided with a replacement unit if the repair is not possible. Please ensure I am contacted promptly with an update regarding my product.
