My Rights Were Ignored by Cambly Regarding a Refund for a Subscription Service

I am a 12-month subscriber to your service and I recently requested a refund for the unused portion of my subscription. However, there are conflicts in the email you sent me regarding my refund rights. Despite being a loyal customer who has not been charged extra, I am facing difficulty in getting a refund for what I haven't used. Although you claimed that the problem was solved, my issue still remains unresolved. If my issue is not resolved soon, I will voice my complaint on various social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Additionally, I will take legal action if necessary to assert my rights as a customer.
