Cambly Old User Discount Complaint

I've been using Cambly for 3 years. My renewal date was on May 3, 2024. Although I checked my credit card balance, Cambly either couldn't or didn't process the payment. As a result, I lost my pricing advantage after 3 years. I suspect this was done intentionally. I expect to regain this advantage.
