Cambly Auto-Renewed My Membership Without Notice and Won’t Cancel It
I bought a one-year Cambly membership, but the bad interface and inadequate service caused me to cease using it three months ago. They instantly renewed my subscription without any notice, and I discovered the price straight away. I got assistance right away to ask for a refund and cancel the renewal, but I haven heard anything from them. Seeing this kind of behavior from a firm I used to believe to be really alarming. Dealing with such a lack of support irritates me since I feel like I am being overlooked. Cambly has to take care of this and handle their consumers better.
