I am appalled by the unscrupulous billing practices of Cambly. Without any payment confirmation, you deducted the entire annual fee from my card instead of the monthly amount. This is nothing short of a scam. I immediately raised the issue with the bank, but I can't find any contact information to reach out to you directly. You cannot deceive people by running ads all over and then silently siphoning money from their cards. If I don't receive a refund soon, I will inform my friends with large follower accounts about this situation. As a social media manager, I have never encountered such an organized scam.
