Caffè Nero Rude Manager Kicked Us Out for No Reason

I’ve been a loyal Caffè Nero customer for years, but after today’s experience at the Ankamall branch, I won’t be coming back. While nearly all the seats were empty, an employee rudely told us we couldn’t sit there. The so-called manager, B** Bey**, who clearly lacks customer service skills, went as far as to come to our store and say, "We don’t want you here, don’t come again, we don’t care." Is this how Caffè Nero treats its regular customers?

Our store is directly across from this branch, and our staff frequently buys coffee from here—our manager alone spends a significant amount on coffee every month. We even recommend Nero to our own customers, yet we were treated with complete disrespect. Today, we were simply waiting a few minutes for a friend’s birthday gathering, and the café was nearly empty. Instead of hospitality, we were kicked out with attitude.
