Funds Sent to Bybit via IBAN Not Credited to Account After 4 Days
I transferred funds in TL to my Bybit account via IBAN, but it's been 4 days, and the money still hasn't been credited to my account. It seems like the funds are stuck, and I'm unable to do anything about it. Customer service initially told me that a ticket had been created and that someone would get back to me, but I haven't received any response, and my money is still not showing up in my account.
I keep encountering different errors, and despite submitting the additional documents requested, the issues have not been resolved, and the funds remain missing. This situation is highly frustrating and unacceptable.
Bybit, I urgently need this issue to be resolved, and my funds credited to my account immediately. Please address this matter promptly and provide the necessary support to rectify the errors and release my funds.
