The Money Deposited to ByBit Was Not Transferred to My Account

I wanted to become a member of www.bybit.com and deposit money, but it directed me to www.bybit-tr.com for the transaction. I deposited ₺4000 to Bybit-TR, then linked my account to www.bybit.com and transferred the money there. Although the system indicates that the transfer was successful, the funds have still not been credited to my account. I checked multiple times to see if there was a delay, but the balance remains unchanged. I have sent multiple emails, but no one has responded, and there is no contact person or phone number available. The lack of proper customer support makes it impossible to resolve the issue quickly. I request that the money deposited to ByBit be transferred to my account and that the necessary action be taken immediately.
