My identity verification (KYC) process on Bybit TR has not been completed for approximately 20 days. Even though I enter the video verification section in the app and wait for hours, no solution is provided and I receive no follow-up or response.
Because my identity verification has not been completed, I am unable to perform any transactions on the platform. Despite contacting live support multiple times, it is very clear that their infrastructure is insufficient. No concrete solution is offered, and I am repeatedly told to just keep waiting. I also cannot access any customer service phone number to contact the company directly.
I request that my identity verification process be finalized immediately and that all necessary actions be taken urgently so that I can access the platform without issues and begin trading.
