I am Emre A***. Even though I have successfully completed all verification steps on Bybit.com without any issues, I have been unable to complete the KYC verification for my Bybit TR account. Since around December 20, despite completing all required verifications and the video call, my account status has remained stuck at “under review.”
My first video verification was not approved. After completing the second one, the process became completely stuck in the review stage, and there has been no progress since then. I have not received any requests for additional documents, warnings, or explanatory notifications through the app or by email.
I normally trade on Bybit.com; however, when I need to deposit funds in U.S. dollars, the system redirects me to my Bybit TR account. Because my KYC verification on the Bybit TR side has not been completed, I am unable to use my account or deposit funds, which blocks my transactions entirely.
Throughout this process, I have been unable to find a customer service phone line to contact. My emails have gone unanswered, and the in-app support bot continuously provides the same generic responses without resolving the issue in any way. While everything works smoothly on Bybit.com, this long, unexplained review process on Bybit TR has caused me both a significant loss of time and serious inconvenience.
I request that my KYC verification be completed immediately, that my account be fully activated, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation so that I can deposit funds in U.S. dollars and use my account without further issues.
