Bybit “A Special Start Just for You” Campaign Complaint

My participation in the “A Special Start Just for You” campaign on the Bybit TR mobile app was unfairly canceled. My support ticket number is 27532644.

I completed my KYC verification on September 10, 2025. On September 11, 2025, I deposited approximately $103 and, on the same day, joined the campaign by clicking the “Register Now” button on the campaign page. The campaign also offered a 30 USDT KII reward.

According to the response I received from the support team, the KII reward pool had already been exhausted, while my TL deposit reward was canceled on the grounds that I clicked the “Register Now” button later. However, I do not believe it is fair to disregard the $103 deposit I made in good faith simply because I clicked the registration button later, especially while the campaign page was still active and continuing to accept participants. If the reward pool had already been exhausted, this should have been clearly indicated while the campaign was still accepting registrations.

I have my deposit receipt and screenshots related to the campaign. My request is for the 30 USDT KII reward and any other rewards I believe I earned after meeting the campaign requirements to be manually credited to my account. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will share this process and the issues I experienced in detail on my YouTube channel, which has 140,000 subscribers.
