I am unable to get my profile photo verified on the Bumble app. The app constantly asks me to retake the photo, and even though I follow the instructions exactly and try repeatedly, my photo is never accepted.
So far, I have made approximately 15 verification attempts. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, using different internet connections, and taking photos in various ways, but the problem continues exactly the same.
Even though I complete all the steps correctly, the system’s refusal to approve my photo means that I cannot actively use my account. I request that my account be verified as soon as possible and that I be informed about why this issue is occurring.
