Bumble Locked Me Out During Photo Verification
I open the app, it asks me to submit a photo for identity verification, but none of the photos I take are accepted. My previous profile photo on the account showed me wearing sunglasses, and at the time, that photo had been verified and accepted. Now, even though I have tried both regular photos and photos with sunglasses, the system does not match them, and I cannot use my account.
I have reported this issue several times through Bumble's in-app chat support system. I received an AI-generated response saying that I would be contacted by email, but I have not received any response for a week. My account is linked to a************@Gmail.com**, and I am completely locked out with no explanation or solution.
I request that Bumble review the photo matching and identity verification issue on my account, restore my access, and provide me with a clear response as soon as possible regarding this problem.
