Bumble Closed My Subscription Account Without Cause
My paid Bumble account, which is registered with my phone number, was suddenly closed on May 25, 2026, without any warning, explanation, or stated reason. Before my account was closed, I did not receive any email, in-app notification, or other communication explaining why this action was being taken.
As a paying subscriber, I believe it is unfair and unacceptable for my account to be terminated unilaterally without any explanation. I request a clear written explanation of the specific reason my account was closed. If this was the result of an error or a mistake in Bumble's system, I ask that my account be reinstated immediately. I also request an appropriate resolution for the period during which I have been unable to use the paid service.
