Bumble Blocked My Gold Account and Refused to Refund My Membership Fee

I had a Gold membership on the Bumble app, and for no reason at all, I got blocked a few months back. I didn't insult anyone, and I didn't use a fake account, so I'm not sure why this is going on. I reached out to Bumble about the problem, and they told me that my block wouldn’t be removed, but they didn’t provide any explanation. On top of that, they wouldn't give me back the membership fee I had already paid. I haven't used the app in ages because of this, but I want to get my account back and would appreciate a clear explanation from Bumble about why this block happened. This situation seems unfair, and I just want it to get sorted out quickly.
