I'm Waiting For Bugaboo Dragonfly Replacement For Weeks
I've been trying to get it fixed for over two months now, but customer service is unresponsive. When I finally got through, they told me they’d send me a replacement. I was stopping every few blocks to fix the wheels and even clean some tiny little stones out of them to unjam the brake mechanism, which sticks constantly. Once my husband had to carry a screwdriver around just to fix it on the go, they promised to send a replacement after sending like a whole lot of videos and complaints, since then, they've barely answered my calls or emails, and when they did respond, they said I'd have to wait another month for a replacement. What am I supposed to do in the meantime? Is it not available in your stores?
