Buddy.Ai App Not Allowing Progress Reset After New Purchase

Today (November 8, 2025), I repurchased the Buddy.Ai app through Google Play on my Android tablet and paid $11 USD. My child had used the app before, and now I want them to start over from the beginning. However, I could not find any option in the app settings to reset the progress.

I logged in with my own account (e*************@gmail.com). I also emailed the app’s support team about this issue, but I have not received a response yet.

I request that all progress be completely reset so that my child can use the app again from the very beginning. I kindly ask for your assistance.
