If Brussels Airlines charged you but didn’t issue your tickets and you want to recover your payment;
Contact Brussels Airlines support (and your booking agent if applicable) with a clear escalation;
• State that you were charged for your booking but no e-ticket was issued (no ticket number or receipt)
• Provide your booking reference (PNR), flight details, amount charged, payment method, and date of booking
• Attach proof of payment (bank/card statement or receipt) and the booking/confirmation email you received
• Show screenshots of any “pending ticket issuance” messages or lack of an e-ticket in “Manage Booking”
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether your booking was ticketed in their system — a ticket must be issued for your reservation to be valid
• Explain why the ticket was never issued after payment (system error, booking agent delay, payment processing issue)
• Issue the e-ticket immediately, or if they cannot, refund your payment in full
• Provide a timeline and written confirmation of issuance/refund
If support does not reply or delays; consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
