Kent Slims Black Cigarettes Found With Wood Inside

I have been regularly purchasing Kent Slims Black cigarettes produced by British American Tobacco, and I recently encountered a very serious problem. While I was smoking, the cigarette suddenly stopped producing smoke several times, and when I checked, I noticed there was a piece of wood inside the cigarette instead of tobacco. The situation was so serious that I was almost about to smoke a piece of wood as if it were tobacco, which is extremely disturbing and alarming for me. This situation occurred 3–4 times, not just once, and it has seriously shaken my trust in the product. All of these Kent Slims Black cigarettes were purchased from Migros stores in Istanbul. The presence of a foreign object such as a wooden piece inside a cigarette is a clear indication of a production or quality control problem and also poses a potential risk to consumer health. I request that the relevant batches of Kent Slims Black be urgently inspected, that I be informed about how such a situation could occur, and that the defective products I purchased be compensated with a replacement or refund. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
