The battery in my Brita water pitcher has run out, and I’ve been unable to replace it because the battery cover with tabs simply won’t open. Despite multiple attempts and considerable effort, I couldn’t manage to access the compartment to insert a new battery.
This is incredibly frustrating for such a simple maintenance task on a product that’s otherwise supposed to make life easier. I kindly request Brita to address this issue and provide a solution promptly, as the pitcher is now effectively unusable without a functioning battery. A product at this level should not have such basic usability flaws. I expect assistance immediately.
