Bright Sport's Glow-in-the-Dark Football Fail

We ordered a glow-in-the-dark football for Jack, my son , like they showed in those awesome ads. I’m not here to complain about the look but it was flat when we tried to blow it. We tried contacting them to return it, they accepted however, then they want you to ship it all the way to the Netherlands and pay for it yourself? We emailed them a bunch of times about the nonsense and their bad tactics, but nothing. super disappointing, especially for the little ones who were so excited. stay far away from Bright Sport. All hype and no follow-through. Save yourself the headache and find your sports stuff somewhere else! Safe to say Bright Sport turned out to be a total dud!
