Bright Sport Took All The Fun Away By Late Delivery

I ordered some footballs for the holidays, summer is coming, expecting them to arrive quickly (as advertised, within 3-5 business days!), luckily they arrived before we say goodbye to the sun. I even paid extra so it arrives soon. It took them quite some time to respond to my emails. the footballs are decent quality, but the "reflective" feature they advertise is quite disappointing. Reflections are hardly ever visible. late deliveries, misleading ads, and customer service that seems to be nonexistent? Thanks, but next time I'll pass! Simply steer clear of them, your future self will be grateful! Not trying to butcher anyone’s work but just scrolling through a few pages you’ll know what I’m talking about.
