I Bought 170 Gems in Brawl Stars for My Son but Didn’t Receive the Promised Bonus

I purchased 170 gems in Brawl Stars as a gift for my son. The offer clearly displayed an extra 151 + 19 gems as part of the deal. However, those bonus gems were never credited to our account. I don’t play the game myself and may not know all the mechanics, but if that bonus was advertised in the in-game image, I expect it to be honored.

I bought this offer specifically because of the extra gems shown. If the bonus is part of the promotion, then please credit those missing gems to our account immediately. And if the bonus is not actually included, then why is it prominently advertised? That would be highly misleading.
