My account username was “Unicorn 🦄” and my Supercell ID was “yaoomi.” After the theft, I tried logging in from another device, but the attempt was unsuccessful. I also noticed that in Clash of Clans, my username was changed from “iroşşş” to “sevolii” without my consent.
I contacted Supercell’s support team multiple times, but they failed to help me recover my account. Back in 2020, I had purchased premium items such as the Brawl Pass Bundle and the Devil Colette skin, so I have invested both time and money into this account. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has now been almost two years without access. The last time I logged into my account was from Göcek.
I am requesting immediate action to secure my account and restore my access. I expect Supercell to take this matter seriously and provide a clear recovery solution as soon as possible.
