Brawl Stars In-Game Purchase Complaint

I am a Brawl Stars player from India and I am writing to report serious concerns about overinflated in‑game purchase prices and predatory pricing dynamics that I have been experiencing since 2025. I pay for my purchases through UPI on Google Pay and have consistently noticed that the final amounts charged are approximately 25–30% higher than what would be reasonable or expected for this type of content and market. Over this period, the pricing of in‑game items and offers appears to have become increasingly aggressive and unfair, to the point that it feels exploitative rather than transparent and player‑friendly. The structure and level of these prices give the impression of predatory pricing behavior, especially considering that many players are minors or young users who may not fully understand the financial impact of what they are buying. I have tried to reach out through the available support channels, but there does not seem to be any proper team or clear process to handle issues related to overpricing or the way prices are determined for Indian players paying via UPI on GPay. This lack of a proper support channel makes it impossible for me to get a clear explanation or resolution. I request that Supercell and the relevant payment and platform partners carry out a thorough reassessment of Brawl Stars pricing in India, specifically for purchases made through UPI on GPay from 2025 onwards. I want all predatory pricing dynamics to be removed from the game and for a transparent, fair, and region‑appropriate pricing structure to be implemented. I also request that this situation be formally reviewed and that appropriate corrective measures be taken so that players are not overcharged going forward.
