My Boyner Order Was Returned Before Delivery
On April 13, 2024, I placed an order for discounted perfume (Order ID: 1028418090), which was dispatched by Scotty Shipping on April 17, 2024. Since I was not home, it was returned to the branch. Following my conversation with Scotty's call center, they assured me it would be redelivered the next day. However, the following day, it appeared as returned to sender in the system. After another call to the customer service center, they admitted their mistake, apologized, and created a complaint record. At present, I have no information about the current status. I do not know if it has been refunded or will be redelivered. I purchased this item at a discount and feel aggrieved. I am awaiting a resolution to the matter.
Following my conversation with Boyner call center, they informed me that due to the return being caused by the shipping company, they will resend it for delivery. Thank you for your attention, Boyner authorities.
