Asics Gel-Excite 10 Shoes Tear Despite Light Gym Use

On September 4, 2025, I purchased a pair of Asics Gel-Excite 10 running shoes (model code 1012B418Z) through FLO, sold by Ayakkabionline.com, under order number 2450285224. I used the shoes only for workouts at the gym, on average twice a week. Despite this light and controlled use, both shoes developed identical tears in the same areas within a short period of time.

On March 9, 2026, I reported the issue to Ayakkabionline and sent the product in for inspection. However, the shoes were returned to me with the explanation of “user error,” and no solution was provided. Even though I did not use the product frequently or under harsh conditions, experiencing such tearing and having it fully attributed to user error has left me feeling wronged.

For this product, which I believe is defective, I request either a full refund or a free replacement. I ask that my complaint be re-evaluated and that my grievance be resolved.
