Brand New Bosch Washer Wobbling, Rusting & No Help From Service!
After numerous attempts to seek assistance from service and customer service representatives, I have yet to find a resolution for the issues with my recently purchased Bosch washing machine. Even though I take precautions with the load, the machine still wobbles and emits unusual sounds every time it goes through a spin cycle. Both the service and customer service failed to offer any useful solutions, and there are already visible signs of rust on the machine, a mere 6-7 months after it was bought. I'm really disappointed with my decision to invest in Bosch for my entire home.
