Bosch SMS4IMI62T Dishwasher Cost Me Extra for Installation and Has Poor Design

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher, model SMS4IMI62T. It arrived yesterday, and when the service team came for installation, they said the water inlet hose was too short because the machine was placed not next to the sink but in the next cabinet space. My old machine’s hose was sufficient. We tried to make it work, but this hose didn’t reach. They said they’d need to use a different hose, which would be charged. They charged me ₺750 for the connection hose. I will never choose this brand again. It’s upsetting to encounter such an issue. I had to pay extra for the service as soon as the product entered my home. If even the biggest and most reliable brands cause such problems, why should I prefer them? Additionally, the dishwasher has three racks, but they didn’t include the cutlery basket. Placing glasses in the glass rack is a nightmare; they don’t fit—it’s both too narrow and requires constant height adjustments. Supposedly, the rack is adjustable, but if you lift it, the third drawer becomes unusable because the glass rack’s attachments hit the upper rack. I’ve never seen such a poorly designed and impractical machine. A ₺30,000 dishwasher—unbelievable.
