Bosch Refused to Replace My Damaged KGN55VIF1N Fridge Delivered with Dents

I bought a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and a Philips TV from the Bosch Kılıçlar dealership on Emniyet Street in Şanlıurfa, as I’m getting married. The 480-liter KGN55VIF1N Bosch Solo fridge-freezer combo I purchased had visible dents on the sides and damage on the door during installation. I pointed this out to the service technician, but he dismissed it, saying, “They all come like that, it’s normal.” I trusted him and didn’t insist. Since it was daytime and the house was empty, the damage wasn’t noticeable at first. About a week later, I came home at night and saw the dents clearly under the light. The damage on the door is very disturbing and not acceptable for a brand like Bosch. I haven’t even used the fridge—it’s still unplugged. I’m getting married, and this is very upsetting. There are large dents from top to bottom, side to side, almost the size of an egg, on both the upper and lower doors. I’m requesting a free replacement. They said they wouldn’t replace it because a week had passed since installation, which I find unacceptable for a brand of this size. I sincerely ask that the doors be replaced at no cost. This isn’t user damage at all, as the product hasn’t even been used. I also called the service center and explained that I had shown the dents to the technician, but he didn’t take me seriously. They told me there was nothing they could do, and I was dismissed. Please help.
