Bosch 8-Series Washing Machine Installation Debacle

We purchased Bosch appliances for the first time, specifically the 8-Series washing machine. Today was the day we were supposed to install everything. They first mentioned 6:00-8:00 PM. When I called at 7:40, they told me they had canceled my request for today without letting me know beforehand. If this is the brand's behavior from the beginning, I'm concerned about the potential issues when the machine malfunctions later on. I've lodged a complaint with customer service. Could you please install it as soon as you can?
