Bosch 1500 Fan Warranty Issues and Broken Promises

They said they could fix my Bosch Fan 1500 because it came with a warranty, but they can't. They also won't give you a new one as a replacement. I was told I'd get a refund equal to the amount of the bill. But can I get the same fan for that much money? Also, why is there a warranty on something that can't be fixed? If warranties are given, why say that the product isn't available when that's been agreed upon? It's hard to understand why such a big company as Bosch would not care about its customers more. I will bring my problem to the attention of the right people if it isn't fixed. I appreciate your help in getting this problem fixed. Thanks a lot. The fan I bought on June 23, 2023, stopped working after only two months.
