Beware of Bosch Go2 Model: Low-Quality Product, Poor Service, and Failed Repair

My Bosch Go2 totally crapped out on me before the warranty was up. So, I took it to the authorized service and they wanted me to pay for the repair even though it was under warranty. Can you believe it? So, after complaining a bunch, they finally fixed it for free, but it took them like 20 days. Yeah, the repair didn't really fix everything, but I just kinda brushed it off. But, like, after just six months, the tool broke down again. A heads up, I wouldn't recommend buying Bosch electric hand tools. Those products are not so great, and the customer service of the company is pretty bad. Just go for some better quality stuff from other brands that cost the same.
