Unable to Withdraw Funds from Blockchain – Being Asked to Pay More

I am unable to access my money on Blockchain, and I am extremely frustrated. They claim that my funds are "stuck in the network", and in order to withdraw them, I need to "unlock the Blockchain network"—but for that, they are asking for more money.

This does not seem legitimate, and I am concerned that this is a scam. Why should I have to pay additional funds just to access my own money? I need urgent clarification and assistance on how to recover my funds without making any further payments.

Blockchain, I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. How can users trust your platform if withdrawals require extra payments? Please fix this now and release my funds!
