BlaBlaCar Account Permanently Blocked for 'Suspicious Activity'

I have been an active user of BlaBlaCar and my account was suddenly blocked during a ride in September. Since then I have not been able to access my account at all. When I try to log in, I see a red notification in Ukrainian saying that my profile has been blocked due to unusual or suspicious activity. My long-standing Ambassador and Super Driver profile (linked to the email address alex.gleb***@gmail.com), which had a high reputation and hundreds of excellent feedbacks, has effectively been deleted, and I have been denied access to the BlaBlaCar platform. This is not merely a sign of disrespect; it feels like an act of administrative arbitrariness. A unilateral decision was made based solely on an obscure internal policy or an algorithmic error, completely disregarding my established reputation on your platform. This situation also appears to be an act of corporate ingratitude. The company has shown a total lack of loyalty toward me as someone who served as an Ambassador for years, helped to build a positive image for the brand, and contributed real value through responsible driving and consistent service to passengers. After contacting your support, I was informed that my account has been permanently blocked, but I did not receive any clear and detailed explanation of what exactly was considered suspicious or which rule I allegedly violated. I demand that my case be referred to a senior manager for a detailed audit of my history and the immediate restoration of my access to BlaBlaCar. For my part, I am ready to provide all necessary information, facts, and evidence, and I am willing to meet in person if needed. I am a Kyiv resident working in Zaporizhzhia. Many of my passengers were military personnel, and I received excellent reviews from them. I frequently commuted between Zaporizhzhia and Kyiv, and the sudden and unexplained blocking of my account has directly affected my ability to continue these regular trips. I request that this decision be urgently reviewed by a responsible person, that my profile and access be restored, and that I receive a clear, detailed explanation of the reasons and mechanisms behind this permanent block.
