Bitay Coins Disappeared - Withdrawal Never Reached My Account

Since 2023, the coins in my Bitay account have disappeared and been replaced with two other coins of very low value. My balance in lira terms has decreased by about one-tenth. I gave an instruction to sell my coins and transfer ₺23,000 to my IBAN, but the amount never reached my account. Bitay has practically seized both my coins and my balance for the past five years. I tried to contact the support line, but I have received no response and cannot reach anyone. I have screenshots as evidence. I live in Istanbul and use my account here. I request that the missing coins be restored to my Bitay account and that the ₺23,000 be transferred in full to my IBAN as instructed.
