Since 2023, the coins in my Bitay account have disappeared and been replaced with two other coins of very low value. My balance in lira terms has decreased by about one-tenth. I gave an instruction to sell my coins and transfer ₺23,000 to my IBAN, but the amount never reached my account. Bitay has practically seized both my coins and my balance for the past five years.
