One Month of Waiting and Counting: Binance Customer Support Fiasco
I've been waiting for a whole month for Binance to confirm something and their customer service has been totally unhelpful and rude, this is getting ridiculous. They keep bouncing me around to different reps and nobody seems to have any answers. It's like they don't even want to help me out. So, they're like, "Hey, we're gonna connect you with the top dog," but then you end up waiting 15 minutes for a long-winded explanation and get passed off to yet another "expert." this never-ending redirecting thing has been happening for, like, a whole month now and it's seriously making me lose it! I was hoping for better customer service from such a big crypto exchange like you guys. It's really sad to see your reps acting so careless and unprofessional.
