Unable to Access Funds or Use Bitay App Properly – Serious Technical Issues

There is nothing positive to say about the Bitay app or its website. Both are poorly designed and nearly unusable. Funds are not visible, and withdrawals are impossible. Additionally, the app does not work on mobile data and only allows access via Wi-Fi.

Despite having money in my account, I cannot locate it or retrieve it. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. If these issues are not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to initiate legal proceedings.

Bitay must immediately address these problems, provide transparency about the missing funds, and fix the technical issues preventing access to the app. Customers deserve a functional platform and proper handling of their finances.
