Bitay Withdrawal Delays – Funds Not Received After Three Days
I attempted to withdraw funds from my Bitay account before making a new deposit, wanting to ensure my money could be accessed. However, it has been three days, and the withdrawal has not been processed. This is not the first time I’ve faced such an issue—it has happened three or four times before. Deposits are processed instantly, but withdrawals are met with excuses like “global updates” or “technical issues,” leaving users waiting indefinitely.
It seems Bitay prioritizes deposits while delaying withdrawals, which is frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve also noticed that payments are sometimes withheld unless users remove complaints posted online. Even if my funds are eventually released, I will not remove this complaint. I will not use Bitay again and urge the platform to address these concerns promptly to restore trust.
